All the goods in this web site are sold firm and meant to be assembled and or installed professionally.
Dave's IT Shop cannot be held responsible for any fault arising from mishandling, improper use, modification, adjustment or electrostatic shock. If you have any doubt in how to handle the goods, please seek professional advice. We provide installation and repair service at a very low cost.
Return policy
Goods can be returned under following conditions and in all cases we require a copy of the original invoice. Dave's IT Shop may refuse to accept the goods for return if returned incomplete or without the proof of purchase. There is an administration fee for performing a history search to find your proof of purchase.
Faulty goods
In lieu of any warranty, condition, or liability by law, Dave's IT Shops liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good the replacement or repair of defects arising under normal proper use and maintenance arising solely from faulty design, materials, or workmanship within the guarantee period, if stated, or otherwise within 12 months of the date of supply, provided always that such defective parts are promptly returned to Dave's IT Shop, unless otherwise arranged. Dave's IT Shop shall not be liable for consequential or special damages under any circumstances. At the termination of the appropriate period all liability on Dave's IT Shops part ceases.
Dave's IT Shops liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the buyer named in this contract, it being agreed that Dave's IT Shop has no liability to any purchaser of the goods from the buyer in that the buyers rights under the contract are not assignable without the prior written consent of Dave's IT Shop.
All the goods we sell on behalf of their manufacturers are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. There is always a percentage of failure in all the computer products and some may develop a fault at a later date.
