Faulty goods can be returned for a warranty claim to Dave's IT Shop. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost to and from Dave's IT Shop and we endeavour to arrange for repair or replacement of the goods within a reasonable time. Interim replacement or waiver of freight charges in some circumstances can be arranged at Dave's IT Shops discretion.

The warranty is from the date of original purchase and replacement of the goods does not constitute a new warranty period. All the electrostatic sensitive devices such as processors and memory products should be packaged adequately and rapped inside an antistatic bag. This is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods will not suffer any further damage in transit back to us.
Non-faulty products
Wrongly supplied or ordered products are also accepted for return if returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. We must be given a chance to put it right. If the goods returned within a reasonable time, Only at Dave's IT Shops discretion we provide you with a store credit and where a cash refund is requested we will charge a minimum handling fee of Twenty Dollars or Fifteen Percent whichever is greater. This figure may increase if the goods are unpacked, used or older than 7 days.

Shipping
Liability for shortages in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortages. No claim for shortages in quantity will be allowed unless the customer gives notification of the shortage in writing within 7 days of the delivery and provides a reasonable opportunity for Dave's IT Shop to investigate the claim.
Goods leaving Dave's IT Shop premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the carrier in the prescribed manner
a. Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the packing slip has been received. And there is no shortage or visible damage to outer packaging.
b. Within 7 days of receipt of consignment the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition.
No claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods. While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by Dave's IT Shop details of any claim should be advised to Dave's IT Shop.
Dave's IT Shop uses Australia Post to ship goods. If your item is above their 25kg limit you need to contact us to arrange delivery.
Please allow at least 7 days for shipping.
Payments
Goods ordered in this web site will not be shipped until paid for in full unless you are a current credit account holder with Dave's IT Shop.
The goods remain property of Dave's IT Shop until paid in full.
Should you fail to pay for the goods within the agreed time, Dave's IT Shop reserves the right to repossess said goods at where ever those goods are currently held. The buyer is responsible for any reposition and or shortfall in resell value of those goods.
Errors & Omissions
Dave's IT Shop reserves the right to resolve any errors or omissions identified on the website at any time without notice. Errors may include but are not limited to Incorrect Pricing or Product Information. Notification in regards to orders where Errors or Omissions have been identified by the Administrative Staff will be passed onto the buyer and a refund or a in-store credit (valid for 6 Months) will be be made. Due to the nature of the methods used to maintain and update the product database, Dave's IT Shop will not be liable to complete any transactions where such errors occur.
